Neville Hughes (Managing Director)
Neville Hughes is a Certified Practising Accountant and Certified Financial Planner who specialises in tax, business advice and financial planning.  Neville’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Management Qualification from The University of NSW.  Neville draws on over 25 years experience gained from a variety of roles in the Corporate Sector and Public Practice. This breadth of experience has given Neville an in-depth knowledge of business and ensures he is able to help you achieve your goals.

Jody Williams
Growing up with parents in small business, Jody has always had a fascination for everything business, which ultimately led her to a career in accounting. After finishing high school, Jody joined GTC Financial as a trainee accountant, then went on to complete her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and she is now on the home stretch to becoming a CPA.  In her ten years at GTC, Jody has gained a vast range of experience by working with clients from many different industries and her role as a Client Manager is constantly evolving.  Jody knows that there are new opportunities and challenges each and every day. One of her favourite things about working at GTC is the wonderful team of people that she works beside. Jody believes that the team's commitment to the FISH! philosophy makes it a fun and rewarding place to work. In her spare time, Jody enjoys reading, spending time at her family's island house, playing touch football and being involved in a variety of events in the Gladstone community as well as being the Vice President for the Rotaract Club of Gladstone.

Haley Bilston
Having enjoyed the business subjects she studied at high school, Haley went on to study accounting at university.   During this time, she started a traineeship at GTC Financial. Nine years later, Haley is now a CPA and a Client Manager at GTC. Her role involves working closely with the team and her clients to manage their needs, from compliance through to tax planning, forecasting, financial analysis and business planning. Haley believes she works with fantastic people and loves the extensive experience and opportunities GTC offers. When she is not at work, Haley loves heading to the beach, the footy and most of all, the golf course.

Emma Brooke
Emma and her husband relocated from Tasmania in 2002 and Tannum Sands was meant to be their first stop – they loved it so much they haven’t moved any further. Emma started working part-time at GTC Financial in the financial planning side of the business in 2006 as an administration assistant. She has now completed her Diploma of Financial Planning and works full-time as a Financial Planner. Emma believes that GTC Financial is a fantastic place to work and she thoroughly enjoys building relationships with clients and her fellow team members. In her time away from work,  she likes to read, listen to music and most importantly spend time with her husband and their two children.

Katrina Perfect
Katrina has worked as an Accountant at GTC Financial since February 2006.  She enjoys the team environment that exists at GTC and she believes that the people that she works with makes her job more fulfilling.  In her spare time, you will find Katrina out 4-wheel-driving or spending time with family and friends.

Kristie Ogden
Starting with GTC Financial in July 2009, Kristie is one of the firm's Trainee Accountants.  Her favourite thing about being part of the GTC team is the people she works with and the diversity of her work each day.  When Kristie is not at work, she enjoys reading, seeing her family and friends as well as exploring her creative, crafty side.

Belinda McLeod
Belinda relocated to Gladstone at the start of 2010 following the love in her life. Originally she is from the beautiful area of the Northern Rivers in NSW where she spent most of her life.  It was there that Belinda started her career in the Financial Services and Accounting Industry. Belinda has always been interested in working in Financial Planning, so when she saw the position for a Client Services Assistant in Financial Planning at GTC, Belinda knew that it could be the new career for her.  Belinda was offered the position and she hasn’t looked back since making the big changes in her life.   Belinda loves working in such a close knit team, getting to know the clients and working with them to help achieve their goals.   In her spare time, Belinda enjoys reading, fishing and having a day out in the boat, going to the gym, watching her favourite TV show re-runs and spending time with family and friends.

Kerry Hughes
Kerry has been always been involved with GTC Financial since she and Neville bought the business in 1997. After many years of working as Director of Gladstone Kindergarten, Kerry  decided to devote more time to the business, eventually taking on the role of Office Manager. Kerry has found this a challenging and varied role. She loves working at GTC because of the positive culture that has been developed over the years for both clients and team members.  In her spare time, Kerry enjoys reading, sewing, sailing, camping, cooking and spending time with her family.
